Where are you located?

COLUMBIA

Main Street Location: We are located inside Granger Owings in downtown. Walk through the double glass doors of the clothing store then head to your left. You’ll see us in the front of the shop.

Forest Acres Location: We are located in the back of Granger Owings. We are next to the Fresh Market and J.Crew. Walk through the wooden doors of Granger Owings and head to the back of their shop and hang a right.

Sumter Street Location: We are housed inside Indah Coffee on Sumter street. Enter the coffee shop and hang a right.

GREENVILLE

We are located inside the Half Moon Outfitters building at 603 E. Stone Ave. Greenville, SC 29601. We have our own store front located at the front of the building.

TRAVELERS REST

We are located on S. Main Street in the heart of Travelers Rest. This shop is in a little house across from Sidewall pizza.

CHARLESTON

We are located on Jackson St. in the blue cottage next to the church. Head through the wooden door and enter through the first door on the left.

PITTSBURGH

We are located in Lawrenceville right outside of the Strip District on Butler Street. Knock on the door and we will meet you there!

Do you take walk ins?

Many of our locations are fully booked with appointments. However if a barber has an opening they would love to take you in an open spot.

I checked the website and you do not have availability this week, is there something wrong with the site?

Oftentimes, our Barbers will be booked out anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Our availability is constantly updated, so our site will always show the most up-to-date open appointment slots. If you don't find an available time right away, check back with us, cancellations do happen!

I am running late, can you still fit me in?

In order to respect the time of our clients and barbers, if you are 5-10 minutes late to an appointment, your service will be downgraded to a clean-up. If you arrive later than 10 minutes please reschedule your appointment online, you will be charged the no-show fee.

What is the waitlist on your app?

You can join the Waitlist when a barber is fully booked for the day. If the barber has a cancellation in their schedule that fits an appointment, the first client on the Waitlist will be notified so they can grab the spot. The client will have 10 mins to book the opening before the opportunity is given to the next client on the Waitlist. This process will continue through each client on the Waitlist until the opening is booked.

What is your cancellation policy?

In order to respect the time of our clients and barbers, please keep in mind the following policies.

Cancelling Appointments:

We handle all scheduling exclusively through this service. If needed, you can cancel up to 3 hours prior to your appointment time. This will ensure the slot is open & available for any last minute bookings, and that you don’t get charged a no show fee

To Cancel or Reschedule: Login through the Circa App. Select your upcoming appointments and cancel following the prompts.

Late Appointments:

5-10 minutes late, we will downgrade the service and price of your appointment to a clean-up

No Show Appointments:

There will be a $25 fee for a missed appointment. This fee will be applied per half hour of your missed appointment.

I am having trouble booking

If you are having trouble viewing our booking page, please use preferred browsers–Google Chrome or Safari. If you are still having trouble, you can email us at info@circabarbershop.com or try clearing your internet cache.

How do I see the appointments that I have booked?

Login to your Circa App and you will be able to access your upcoming appointments. You can do this by clicking the link in the text message we sent you when you booked your service. Click the top right of your profile and you’ll be able to access “appointments”.
